Facebook Connect

If you frequently visit here you may have noticed a few changes just took place to make commenting a little bit easier. On the right side of the page you’ll notice a new sidebar box labeled “BCOM Community” with a nice big “Connect with Facebook” button smack dab in the middle. Since I began working at BCOM I have been constantly looking for new ways to allow people to participate in the wonderful community of people that has developed around the college over the years. As many of you know, Facebook usage has somewhat recently taken the world by storm. Because of that, and a couple of Wordpress plugins by some wonderful people, we are able to offer an easier way for you to comment on the blog and get to know the other people who frequent the BCOM blog.

Here’s how it works:

• Click on one of the blue “Connect with Facebook” buttons
• If you’re already logged into Facebook then click “Connect” and you’re done, otherwise put in your Facebook username and password to login(don’t worry we don’t see any of that).
• Leave us a comment with your newly connected Facebook profile!
