Converge Prayer Internship
The prayer and missions movements are converging right now like never before! Out of the context of gathering, the Holy Spirit is setting apart and releasing missionaries with the message and power of His Kingdom burning within them.
Converge is a 4 month internship based on the campus of Bethany College of Missions, a school that provides an intercultural education experience equipping missionaries to take the Church to where it is not. Converge will equip you to hear and respond to the voice of the Lord. You will have the opportunity to fuel our prayer furnace, lead worship-based prayer meetings, receive sound teaching from various missionaries, teachers, and leaders, spend time studying the Word, and learn to step out in the prophetic and evangelism.
We know from experience that ministry which has long term impact is established and sustained through intimacy with the Lord. In the context of our growing prayer furnace, you will encounter the Lord, be grounded in the Word, and learn to communicate the message of an unoffended heart to this generation in these last days.
Our desire is to see a 24/7 prayer furnace established here on this campus to be the first of many prayer furnaces developed all over the world to prepare for the greatest missions endeavor and, in turn, the greatest harvest ever seen on the earth.
Weekly Schedule
First Phase – First 12 weeks
- Learning. Classroom time and Discussion time (12 hours)
- Listening. Prayer Room Time. (12 hours)
- Responding. Leading/Participating In Corporate Prayer Meetings (12 hours)
- Serving. Working alongside other interns, students and staff on campus in various assignments (14 hours)
Second Phase – Final 4 weeks
- Learning. Ministry Intensive downtown Minneapolis (20 hours)
- Listening. Prayer Room Time. (8 hours)
- Responding. Leading Prayer Meetings and Serving in the Prayer Room (8 hours)
- Serving. Working alongside other interns, students and staff on campus in various assignments (14 hours)
Third Phase – (optional not included in cost of internship) – international or local short-term prayer and mission’s trip.

Program Cost
The program cost for a single student is $3,875. Cost covers housing, utilities, three meals per day, all program teaching, and technology fees. If you have a vehicle, there is an additional parking fee of $100. Upon admittance, a room deposit of $350 is required (conditionally refundable upon departure)
