The “BCOM Preview” is a two-day college visit event at Bethany College of Missions designed to give students a sneak peak at what life as a BCOM student is like. While here you’ll have fun as you hang out with our missions-minded students, grow your heart for the Lord and missions & join in worshiping Jesus with us, all while discovering what programs and opportunities our school has to offer you!

The next BCOM Preview is March 22-23, 2012! Registration for the March Preview is now open! You can register and/or book a guest room by filling out the form at the bottom of this page!

Cost of Preview

Students:

Early Registration Fee (on or before March. 12th): $20 per student; $10 per student for groups of 3 or more.

Registration Fee (After March. 12th): $27 per student; $17 per student for groups of 3 or more.

Parents, pastors, siblings or other guests:

Meals Registration Fee: $15 per person for just meals during event

Housing Registration Fee: We have a limited number of guest rooms available on a first-come first-served basis. These rooms are offered at a discounted rate for BCOM Preview. The guest rooms are available for up to 3 nights, starting on Tuesday night, March 20, 2012.

There are two options of rooms available:

$65 per night (no additional taxes or fees)

$50 per night (no additional taxes or fees)

First and Last Name

Student registration fees as well as parents, pastors, siblings and other guests meals registration fees are refundable until March 12th, less a $5 per registrant handling fee. After March 12th no refunds will be available.
Students

The student registration fee covers housing in the dorms, meals, and activities for the entire event. If you are paying for multiple students, please have them each register before March 12th and use your name as the person who paid for them.

The student registration fee is $20 per student or $10 per student for groups of 3 or more if you register and pay before March 12th.

After March 12th the student registration fee is $27 per student and $17 per student for groups of 3 or more. Note these fees also apply to students who register before March 12th, but do not pay before the 12th.



If you are paying for multiple students, please have them register as soon as possible as each student must fill out a registration form and have them use your name as the person who paid for them on their registration form.
Parent, pastor, siblings, or other guests

For parents, pastors and other guest we have two options available to you:

You can register for just meals during the Preview event (Thursday dinner, Friday breakfast and lunch)

OR

You can book one of our guest rooms at the discounted Preview rate for up to three days during/around the event and receive one meal ticket per person per night.
Register for Meals Only

The registration fee for parents, pastors, siblings or other guests who would like to receive meals but not housing for the entire event is $15 per person. Children 2 and under are free.



Guest Room Online Booking

For parents, pastors, siblings and other guests who would like to stay on campus during Preview. We have a limited number of guest rooms available on a first-come first-served basis.

These rooms are offered at a discounted rate for BCOM Preview. The guest rooms are available for up to 3 nights, starting on Tuesday night, March 20, 2012.

$65 per night (no additional taxes or fees)

  • These rooms have a private bathroom, mini-fridge, microwave and a coffee maker.
  • One meal ticket per night per guest is included with your room
  • This rate is for up to two guests
    • One additional guest may stay in your room for $10 per night

$50 per night (no additional taxes or fees)

  • These rooms are comfortable but very basic, with no amenities. They have a shared bathroom.
  • One meal ticket per night per guest is included with your room
  • This rate is for up to two guests
    • One additional guest may stay in your room for $10 per night







Additional Guests

The prices listed for the guest rooms are for up to 2 people per night. One additional guest can stay in your room for $10 per night.

Please note that our rooms can only hold 3 people max. If you have more people coming in your party please reserve two seperate rooms. In order to book two seperate rooms you will need to complete the Preview Registration Form twice as you can only book one room per form.






Bed Preference

Since guest rooms are booked on a first-come first-served basis we cannot guarentee your bed preference can be met exactly as requested, but we will certainly meet your needs and do our best to satisfy your requests.

We have a very limited number of rooms with both a queen sized bed and a twin bed. But if you need a room with a queen sized bed and a second bed, please note that we have many rooms with cots.
