BCOM Faculty consists of missionaries, evangelists, and pastors who have been serving the Lord with distinction and devotion for a number of years. Most of the BCOM Faculty members have been on the mission field for several years and thus are able to bring their personal experience as well as the experience of the other missionaries to our training program. Every course is taught with distinct missionary focus, international perspectives, and cross-cultural communication of the gospel. Practical implementation of ideas presented and discussed in the classroom dominates our orientation.
BCOM Faculty may be categorized under the following types (click any of them in order to be directly taken to that list):

2. Faculty in Residence who teach a number of courses and who are actively involved and responsible for setting their own syllabus as per the approved curriculum of BCOM, grading, academic mentoring and evaluation of the class work of their students. These are on full time employment with Bethany International/Bethany College of Missions.
3. Adjunct Faculty who teach a number of courses on invitation and specific payment for the courses they teach.
